So it's been forever since I've posted on here.

We moved. And now have to move again 3 months after being here. Landlord decided now is the perfect time to do renos.... Like omg, why not have done them BEFORE renting it out? Gah, so we have till the end of the month to be out of here. Found a place at the beginning of the month, so that's done, now we have to wait till the current tenant moves out. Hope he moves soon, so we can move in day by day... Moving all in one day is waaaayy too much...

Me & Chris also got married in October! So glad it is FINALLY done and over with. Had a wonderful day and a fantastic night :)

I am pretty sure my Denzo (my cat) is dying... there is not much I can do for him unfortunately... just make sure he is comfy and try to keep his fluids up.. don't have $200 to spend to maybe make him better.. with having to move, reconnection fees and owing from our wedding still... I can just try home remedies. His favorite spot right now is sleeping in the litter box.. poor guy...

I also have another kitty, new to the family since the middle of October. The neighbors little girl put up missing kitty posters around the block & we had one lady bring a kitten over that she though might be the neighbors, who weren't home at the time. It wasn't, and she has ended up staying with us :) My son loves to hold her, have her sleep on his lap, and torment her (toddlers are good at that!). I have come to name her Buttons. Just seems to suit her. She's very concerned about Denzo. She went and snuggled with him yesterday when he first was ill..

Lots of product to go through from PartyLite.. I will get to that in another post. Right now I have to get me & the little man some supper!

Revitalizing

I love reading blogs & following links to other blogs :) What a great way to spend some time on the computer, learning new craft ideas (I'm getting into scrapbooking!), tips & tricks, and and in some cases how people handle stress in their own lives.

Inspiration is what get's me going during the day! Kind of why I don't like missing any monthly PartyLite meetings - I like to go for new inspiration, to learn about the product that I sell, how to make sure my Hostess' get the most out of our fabulous Hostess Program - and how to better myself at what I do :) I love that even though I don't really know any of the other consultants that go to the meetings, we all have a common interest, and that is PartyLite in itself. We all have different stories from past shows we've done, tips & tricks to make a show a shining success, and ways to make sure that all of our clients have a chance to get in on the wonderful specials we have. Even though in this direct selling company you work for yourself, you don't work by yourself! There is ALWAYS someone to help you when you run into a wall - could be self doubt, could be not understanding how something works, or you've had a bad time trying to book shows for the following month & you need a 'pick me up' to give you the inspiration to keep trying - other consultants, your unit leader, or even the region leader is there to talk to and inspire :) -- This is one of the things I love about working with PartyLite.

This month we have our fabulous Reed Diffusers on for only $25, without the normal $50 pre-purchase. These offer 6-8 months of non-stop fragrance into your home, and they are so simple to use! Just twist the cap off, put on the wood accent, pop in 3-4 reeds and place up on a shelf, or where ever you would like it - and forget about it! One of the scents that I find helps me is Lavender. I burn a barrel jar, tealight, or votive in my bathroom all the time and every time I walk past the room I feel more relaxed & less stressed about getting the task at hand completed (at this point its packing our house to be ready to move at the end of the week..).

The duty of packing more boxes calls my name, I must be off. Take care :)

I had a wonderful day today! It was my son's 2nd birthday party, and we all had a blast! He got so many wonderful gifts, its hard to pick a favorite! He will enjoy them all for a long while :) And I'm so glad the rain stayed away that was forecasted for today!

I think next year we will have to actually plan a theme & decorations! I would love to scrapbook together some party favors & decor, I think it would be splendid!

Now that the party is done, time to focus my attention on packing our house! Moving the end of the month & I am no where near close to being ready to move! UGH!

Work calls for me at 7am.. so I must let myself lay down.. toodles :)

A Wonderful Evening :)

I had such a wonderful time at Kendra's tonight! It was great to visit & meet some new people, give prizes to my game players, and show off the wonderful product that PartyLite has to offer! Since everyone who was there has been to other PL shows I kept my demonstration short & had lots of oohs and ahhs :) Lots of questions, I love questions :) Get to share the knowledge that I've gained over the past year with everyone!

I decided to compile my catalogs, hostess/guest flier, order form, and door prize slips into folders, clipped at the top to keep everything neat and organized! A few of the guests made mention that it was a wonderful and neat that I had done so, it made it easier to look through everything, and gave a little extra backing when writing up their orders. I'm so glad I took the extra time to put them together as such!

But my other job calls me for 6am... Will be a busy day tomorrow; Work, paperwork for our wedding, and then a PL meeting! So I must let myself get some sleep so I can make it through the day!

Good morning :)

This past week I've been waking up with migraines.. not fun! Leaves me so drained & all I want to do is curl up on the couch :( But there is too much to get done to let the migraine get the best of me! Moving, candle shows, meeting, work, birthday & wedding planning, Oi!

I'm actually really excited to move! The place we're moving to will let us have our cat, so excited! I miss him so much :( Right now he lives with my mother-in-law. Will be so awesome to have him with us! Too bad we gave away our other kitty :( But she's got a good home, and made a little girl very happy after her own kitty passed away!

I think I have everything packed up & ready for my show on Tuesday. I'm not sure what type of game to play though.. Left & Right games are a bit old imo.. maybe we won't play a game, but still give out tealights/votives somehow... hmm.. Maybe I'll think of something the next few days.

Next month PartyLite will be coming out with their Fall/Holiday line, super excited to see what they have! Actually I think I'll be able to view some of the line at the meeting I'm going to on Wed! I love being a consultant & getting to view product before anyone else, hehe :D One of the new products is the ScentGlow Warmer & Scent Plus Melts, available to July Hostess'! Tuscan Sunflower Scent Glow Warmer
